Screen for technical expertise -- we look for professional and educational qualifications and evidence of technical competence through portfolios and published work.
Video interview -- those who make it through the technical review are put through a video interview. Here we assess empathy, communication skills and passion for their field.
Guidance and training -- mentors who make it through the video interview are provided with resources to enhance their mentorship skills.
